Yes I found the shocker of my life and logging in the NYSC portal. I think I should just spell it the way it was written. I found out the statement was; “You’re not in stream one, we’ll notify you when to print your call up letter”. My heart skipped a bit and I started thinking of things that hasn’t even happened yet. Different questions were running in my head. Why will I not be in stream 1. Didn’t the Cafe attendant tell me since I paid for the call up letter immediately then Stream one is sure?, does it mean I’d have to wait for another month or even months?, ha !!!! ko joorr Then I refreshed again. By this time I had started receiving calls from some of my colleagues who were waiting on 12 o clock like myself. I just don’t know what to tell them. They said the NYSC page was hanging, some said the site is busy, some said the Internet was bad, while some even gave suggestion we wait till the next day before we check due to the traffic...

Hello, my name is Babatunde and this is my NYSC experience. A p eriod of 12 months, 365 days, obeying th e Clarion's call is no joke and I think I should share with you. Concluding my four year Higher National Diploma program was a thing of joy. I had waited long for this moment to come and go and it actually did. And yes it was time to move to the next stage of registering  for my NYSC. Fast forward to October 2017, registration had started and like the strong head that I was, I purposely delayed my registration to the third day. To me I can’t afford to rush, since the server will still be busy, I’d rather take my time and register when the whole rushing had eased a little. I didn’t know the sad news that awaits me.
